On a wonderful June day, 150 guests attended S&G’s Jewish wedding held at Villa Balbiano on Lake Como. This exceptional Italian Villa ended up being the ideal Lake Como wedding venue for this memorable celebration. Imène Hanafi, the couple’s wedding designer, drew on all her experience and creativity to provide S&G with a luxury wedding at Lake Como that blended glamour with the traditional Jewish ceremony.

S&G’s sumptuous wedding in Italy , held at the iconic Villa Balbiano at Lake Como, was a dreamy celebration where all who attended were left with a sense of amazement. As the guests arrived, they were greeted by the historical setting of old Italia, filled with a splendor and enchantment that only exclusive Italian weddings venues can provide. Imène Hanafi’s experience in hosting Italian weddings, as a creative director, was a fabulous asset for the couple, who gave their full confidence in her capacity to design their wedding. Thanks to her expertise and extensive contact book, she built the perfect team of local event professionals to ensure the success of this Lake Como wedding.
The Jewish ceremony took place at sunset, a magical moment enhanced by a mirrored aisle allowing the guests to see Lake Como in the background. The chuppah was decorated with all-white peonies, the bride’s favorite flowers. Following the ceremony, an elegant cocktail party to celebrate the union of the radiant couple, unfolded into the evening as the grand dinner commenced, with fine Italian cuisine, under the glass house, facing Lake Como.
The dinner set up was modern and neat, with copper-gold mirrored tables, pristine white peonies and crystal chandeliers hanging above the dance floor.
The following day, after a delightful brunch with live music, S&G, full of gratitude and happiness, embarked on an authentic Riva boat, waving to their loved ones as they set sail across Lake Como on the next chapter of their lives together.
